How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £40.
All domestic (UK) orders are charged a flat fee of £5 (weight up to 5kg) or £10 (orders over 5kg).
For international orders within Europe we have a flat fee of £15.
For international orders outside of Europe we have a flat fee of £25.
When will I receive my order?
It all depends on where we’re shipping to – for orders within the UK, please allow 2-5 days for delivery. For international orders please allow 6-10 days.
Due to the impact of COVID19 on shipping, we are experiencing some delays on orders. We are doing our best to get our orders to you as quickly as possible, but sadly some things are out of our control.
What if I change my mind after I place my order?
That’s cool, we change our minds on the daily! Simply email us as soon as possible at email@example.com explaining what you would like to change, as well as your order number – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, then we’ll do everything we can to assist in your request.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or your order number.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to return your item and we'll let you know what steps you need to take.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please double check your bank account.
If you still cannot see the return of your funds please then contact your credit card company and your bank - it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
